COMMON SENSE ECONOMIC/RTW TRAININGS
Posted On: Sep 27, 2017

Brothers and Sisters, please read this notice from the AFL-CIO and sing up for a training class.

As a reminder, we will be conducting a series of the AFL-CIO’s Common Sense Economic trainings with a focus on Right-to-Work in October.

I understand the original registration link had some problems, we worked to correct that and those interested in attending can go towww.missouricse.com to register.

COMMON SENSE ECONOMIC/RTW TRAININGS – During the petition collection phase, a common piece of feedback from circulators was that “people just don’t know what it (RTW) is” and “once I explained it, they signed right away!”  To keep our volunteers engaged and assist them in being better communicators about the issue in their communities, the National AFL-CIO, in collaboration with the Missouri AFL-CIO and its Central Labor Councils will be hosting Common Sense Economics trainings focused on Right to Work across the state in October.

Attendees will learn how to have conversations about right to work and how it affects working families, and be able to take the training back to their local union.  These trainings will be held:
